Build is solid and components are good for the most part, but the bike makes a lot of noise and squeaks constantly. Takes away from the experience of riding it. Seat clamp doesn’t stay tight and so we have to pull over often to work on the seat post. Range is less than expected.

Survived a Car Accident without a Scratch! I've had this bike for 2 months and can say it's a BEAST! I got in a pretty bad accident where a car hit me on my bike in the bike lane. I thought that this bike would have been destroyed. Nope, it survived with only a few scratches. Truly amazing! I love how it rides compared to other ebikes as I test rode a few others from other companies. It is safe, as well as having so many speeds, and I love the turn signals for commuting. I use this bike every day, and trust me, by no means was I ever a serious biker, but now I am. Cannot recommend it enough

I love this bike. From the more upright stance that is way more comfortable than hunching over on a normal bike, to the larger motor that makes hills a breeze. Everything about this bike is great.

In the month that I have had it, I have placed 80 miles on it. Super fun to drive, I prefer to use as little assistance as possible and use throttle to get through intersections quickly. Bike was alot more comfortable after swapping the saddle and getting a professional bike fitting. Eager to add many more miles to my Radster

Radster Road I am happy with my Radster Road. A little stiff on suspension but overall an excellent, well built bike. However, compared to my Rad Rover 6 plus, I have two of the 6 pluses, if given a choice to make a long distance trip, say 25 miles or more, I'd go with the 6 plus. I soon going to purchase the Roadster Trail and see how it compares with the 6 plus and the Radster Road. You guys make excellent bikes and I am very pleased with all my Rad bicycles. I have racked up a combined a little over 12,000 miles on the three Rad bikes I have now. The Radster Road being my 5th Rad bike I have. The first two I had,the Rad4 and 5 plus had a total combined mileage of almost 19,000 miles before they gave out. The hub motor on both finally gave out. But that was before you guys started using the brushless motors. Haven't had a single problem with my two 6 plus bikes. Both are running strong and my Radster Road is still just breaking in. Thank you for building such solid bikes!

My wife and I love our two Radster bikes. We shopped around and felt Rad motor bikes were the best price and best quality bikes to purchase.
