WHAT AN AWESOME BIKE!!! It might not be as fancy looking as other options in the market but it sure is the MOST FUNCTIONAL of all of them. Extremely well designed!! So far I am delighted with this bike. I have been using electric bikes since 2017 and this is BY FAR the best all around bicycle!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Bike is great, but the hand throttle sticks occasionally so the motor runs on its own. Kinda dangerous. Also the rad mirror does not fit this new roadrunner plus due to the location of the control panel. They won’t tell you this and they will make you pay a restocking fee plus return shipping when you discover this.

Great Bike! Reliable, sturdy, dependable! I do not have a single complaint. The little bell that comes as the original "horn" was pretty amusing. . . that had to be upgraded.

I'm happy to say that the 2025 Radrunner Plus was my first e-bike. I struggled to find something good that was a legal class-2 and a strong cargo/passenger e-bike. The Radrunner Plus not only checked off all the things I needed from an e-bike but also offered amazing customization options, such as a console that I couldn't find on any other e-bike company. I had little knowledge of how e-bikes functioned and was nervous, but the user-friendliness of the Radrunner Plus allowed me to understand it instantly. It's a very pricey bike, but the quality and power Rad offers significantly outweigh the cost. I strongly recommend this bike for anyone looking for a customizable and multipurpose e-bike!

Love this bike with all my heart! This bike is built with quality craftsmanship in the USA 🇺🇸 I'm way too overprotective of it, but my cat already punctured the seat. Going to get a sheepskin seat cover somewhere. The only diwn side is the refectirs that go on the spokes that came with this bike don't fit. FYI. . . cellphone doesn't fit in holder lF your phone case has a finger ring on the back.

I have nearly 6000 miles on my Radrunner. It is one good and tough bike. I love it. I have taken it up in the mountains on dirt roads and ride it to work and back just about every work day. I love it. I will probably buy me the high torque, 28 mph Radrunner soon. These bikes are the best!

This was a game changer to have our kids be able to join us on longer rides in the mountains and in town!!!!

Thought the 20 MPH would be an issue but it is fast enough with a child in the back. Had a few issues when I purchased the ebike, but the service center was quick to respond and fix the problem. Best part is Rad Power Denver, CO is part of the CO reabte and Denver Rebate program.

This is such a great bike! The whole family has used and having the option to have a professional assemble is vital. The guy we used was amazing and would definitely purchase from Rad and our pro again. This bike is amazing!

Excellent transportation

The easy “Get on and Go” RadRunner is now my favorite of many Rad bikes I’ve owned over 20+ years!

I am extremely pleased with the RadRunner plus - a great improvement over the RadRunner 2 I was riding. That being said I’m also disappointed and concerned that the battery for the range extender I ordered at the same time has been on back order for almost 2 months

We love these bikes, but I am having problems with the electrical system, sometimes there is a delay in the throttle,

Handles very well, I feel confident taking tight turns. I love the wide step through. The bike has great pedal assist for steep, challenging hills. Only item I didn’t like was the saddle, so I swapped it out with a Cloud 9 saddle and added a suspension post. I LOVE this bike!

I have really enjoyed my RadRunner Plus. It has plenty of power for hills and the gearing has allowed me to take advantage of the downslopes.

Picked up this Rad Bike in SLC and have ridden every night since. Great for the paved bike paths around Daybreak.
